  Merchant: A user who lists and publish his business entity and their available offers & services on this business directory.
  Deals: Any advertisement of goods or services published by the merchant through this business directory.
• User Responsibilities
  
  Registration
  All users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration/sign-up.
  Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into contracts under applicable laws.
  
  Conduct
  Users must not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
  Users must respect the rights and privacy of others.
  Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  Users can suggest the names and contact details of new business entities for listing. However www.enteplace.com will publish it only after physical verification by our field executives.
• Merchant Guidelines
  
  Listings
  Merchants must provide accurate and complete information about their business entities, offers or services.
  Listings and deals/offers publishing must comply with all applicable laws by local government and business directory policies. Violating this will cause the removal of ads without any prior notice.
  Merchants must remove the deals immediately opon completing the offer duration/desired count.
• Business Directory Policies
  
  Prohibited Advertisements
  The advertisements of illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited products are strictly forbidden.
  The advertisements with pornographic contents or media are strictly forbidden.
  www.enteplace.com reserves the right to remove any listings that violate the terms of any of our policies.
• Fees and Payments
