Cancellation & Refund Policy

EMMBAS N DANNDS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

* Cancellations will be considered only if the digital product we offered is not verified and published within 24 hours placing the order. The cancellation request may not be entertained if the advertisement have been verified and published to the viewers. However the customer can disable/edit the advertisement within 7 days of the booking.
* EMMBAS N DANNDS PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for already featured advertisements like classifieds, vehicles, properties, jobs etc. However, refund can be made if the customer establishes that the ad is not verified and published within 24 hours from the booking time.
* In case of complaints/feedbacks regarding our digital products, please refer the issue to EMMBAS N DANNDS PRIVATE LIMITED on our E-Mail: support@enteplace.com
It will take 5-7 days for the refund to be processed to the customer.
